KASUMI TITANIUM
The knife blade is made from molybdenum vanadium coated with a layer of titanium in three different colors (blue, gray and gold). The main benefit is that titanium is not toxic or allergic, and as a material that does not generate ions of iron, food can prevent rust. Titanium is also highly resistant to corrosion and abrasion and is very easy to clean because it is extremely slippery.
As for the handle of the knife, it is ergonomically designed to be used by all types of hands. The material is made is polypropylene, which is characterized by having no special maintenance of any kind. The resistance of the handle is guaranteed up to 80°C, a fact amply demonstrated its strength.
Finally, it is advisable not to cut or frozen food or that it contains bones. And in any case not pry with the knife, just cut by sliding its edge.
