3 Claveles slicing knife with honeycombed blade.

Knife with long and flexible blade with alveoli to prevent the ham slice from sticking to the knife.

Its handle is made of black polyoxymethylene. Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade AISI 420 WNR-4116.

3 Claveles POM knives are dishwasher safe, although for better maintenance it is recommended to wash by hand after use and dry with a cloth.
