Morakniv chef's knife. The Progrip series of knives have a blade made of Swedish Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, subjected to heat treatment to obtain maximum hardness (58 HRC) and be easy to sharpen.

The handle is made of double-molded rubber, making it suitable for even the wettest conditions.
