With a traditional blade (tanto), Kyoto knives offer an outstanding cut that deceives you due to their modest size. The blade is full tang, reaching all the way to the end of the handle, providing greater stability and a much stronger cut. They feature stainless steel guards and Kray-Ex handle with a great grip that mimics the traditional look of Japanese rope-wrapped sword handles.

The blade is made of 8Cr13Mov stainless steel, a steel with very reliable, has a large portion of carbon and has proven to be a hard and very corrosion resistant steel, also, it is easy to sharpen.

The comfortable and versatile leather sheath accepts Cold Steel's C-Clip or hole chain, so it can be carried in a variety of ways.
